LOL, DLT, you give me far too much credit! And Demetria is correct -- I started it 12/31, and finished January 1st! (It was a young adult novel that was a super quick read...)

Re-read one of my favorite Merrily Watkins Mysteries: *The Prayer of the Night Shepard* by Phil Rickman.
I learned of his work from D Gabaldon's "methadone" list. If you're new to Merrily, suggest starting with *Midwinter of the Spirit*.

Also reading Vaclav Havel *To the Castle and Back*.
