Diana's latest is set for release March 10th.
WARRIORS includes the Lord John story, "The Custom of the Army"

You can read an excerpt on Diana's Blog, Voyages of the Artemis and order a signed copy from The Poisoned Pen.
Links to two previous excerpts are posted here.

How do I find the signed copy? I went to the site but don't see anything about it.

I didn't find the signed copy either on the Poisoned Pen site. Let me know if you find it.
I might just wait to have my copy signed by DG at Comic Con NYC, if I should be so lucky.

It's only available in the UK later in March - I may have to order it from the library...looks good though.

I ordered mine from Amazon. I would have loved a signed copy but couldn't find it so I just ordered. Hopefully, I'll see DG and have her sign it.

I'm still excited about it arriving.
Lot's of good stuff coming in March.

This link worked, but I didn't see a signed copy of The Warriors listed as one of the items for purchase. I will send an email to poisonedpen and let you know what they say.

Good pick Laura, we ladies just cannot get enough of DG, can we?

I called the store to order a signed copy and they told me the signing is not until May. It's not even a definite event on their calendar yet. I reserved a copy and they will mail it to me after the signing. I'm going to go to the library to get the book so I can start reading soon! :flower:

Way to go, Nina. Good plan. At some point I will want a signed Diana Gabaldon copy.

I heard from The Poisoned Pen today. This is what they wrote:

The book will be $27.99 and we are taking advance
orders now. Here's a link that will take you to our website's order form: http://www.poisonedpen.com/products/scifi/9780765320483/?searchterm=warriors

We also have autographed copies of a few other recent anthologies which
feature Diana Gabaldon short stories:

Phoenix Noir. $15.95 (contains a long contemporary crime story called
"Dirty Scottsdale" in which Diana drops the F bomb... awesome!)
The Dragon Book. $24.95 (which features a story written with her son, Sam Sykes).

Happy Shopping!

I asked Diana on Compuserve this morning about signed copies of WARRIORS (which will be released March 16, while Diana is in Germany on a book-tour for ECHO).

Diana said:

"Depends whether the PP [Poisoned Pen bookstore] has stock in by the 13th. I'll be doing a quick appearance/signing for the Peoria book festival that day, and the PP is handling the stock. So if they _have_ books then, I'll surely sign a bunch for them before I buzz off to Germany the next day. If not...I'll be back on the 23rd."

Hope this helps.

Karen
