Just looking at the NY Times best sellers for this week I can see that "Little Bee" by Chris Cleave is at number three in the paperback chart - in the UK this was published last year under the title "The Other Hand"... I find it strange that books change titles as they cross the Atlantic... If you know of any more - do let us know on this thread ...

Well, I have heard of this 7 volume series by a fantastic author.. maybe you might have heard of her?? Diana Gabaldon. She wrote this book about a woman, Claire, who was on holiday with her husband in the Scottish Highlands. She was out looking for plants one day, touched a rock in a stone circle and was transported from 1945 (or perhaps 1946) to 1743. Where she meets *ahhh* James Alexander Malcolm MacKenzie Fraser. Maybe you have heard of these books before? In the UK, it originally had the title of Cross Stitch. In the US, the title is Outlander.
And the first Harry Potter book has different titles. In the US its Sorcerer's Stone. In the UK its Philosopher's Stone
